If your mortgage or loan account was sold and transferred to another lender in the past, we will have notified you in writing at the time of the sale. In addition your new lender will have also written to you and you will have received other correspondence such as statements from them.

Bradford & Bingley and Mortgage Express transferred a portfolio of residential mortgages to Rose Mortgages in May 2015.
Mortgage Express transferred a portfolio of residential mortgages to Trillium Mortgages in February 2015.
The day-to-day administration of all Chaconia, Rose and Trillium mortgage accounts is carried out by Engage Credit, a trading name of Pepper (UK) Limited.
