How do I make a Capital Repayment, Redemption payment or Fee payment?
If you wish to make a payment via bank transfer, you must follow the instructions below to ensure the payment is received successfully:

Depending on the kind of mortgage account you hold, you will need to use the correct bank account details.
For Residential customers these are as follows:
Bradford & Bingley - Sort Code - 51-70-19, Account - 80010210
Mortgage Express - Sort Code - 51-70-19, Account - 80010237
Your reference details:
Depending on the type of payment you want to make we will also require the following information to be supplied in the reference field:
- To make a Capital Repayment your reference would be your full mortgage account number followed by the code CAP. For example: 12345678CAP
- To make a Redemption payment your reference would be your full mortgage account number followed by the code RED. For example: 12345678RED
- To make a Fee payment your reference would be your full mortgage account number followed by the code FEE. For example: 12345678FEE
You should allow 3-5 working days for bank payments to be processed and applied to your mortgage account.
