Describe your current role
My current role is a Sales Associate in a branch and I have worked for the company for around 18 months.
What attracted you to initially to apply to B&B?
I initially was applying to a number of banks and received offers elsewhere but the type of work, pay and benefits were more attractive in this role than others.
What do you find is the best thing about working for B&B?
The people I work with are fantastic and the support I receive from management in terms of the flexibility of my role and the chance to progress within the company are very good.
Briefly describe the culture at B&B
Day to day we just try to be as "normal" as possible by attempting to keep things simple, straightforward and relevant both in our daily working practices and when speaking to customers.
Have you achieved anything you're particularly proud of since working here?
Over the past year we have twice received awards for our branch performance that have enabled us to enjoy nights out paid for by the company in which we have all contributed as a team.
Provide a brief overview of your career to date with B&B
I have worked in the bank in a sales associate role for 18 months which has included making appointments for branch advisers, giving advice on savings to customers and the promotion of other services such as insurances, personal loans etc. I am also about to start studying for my CeMap qualifications funded by the company that will enable me to move into a mortgage advisor role.
